We also did the guided tour through the Hohenwerfen fortress (after another fairly steep walk just to get to the lift), and this time they had electronic guides available in English. But again the German guide moved so fast that you could hardly listen to the electronic guide and view the rooms at the same time. I don't know why they rush everything so much?
Afterwards we spent some time wondering around the fortress, enjoying the views and looking at their weapons exhibit. Right at the end we also managed to catch the falconry show which was really very good.
