We arrived in Pinegg at Gwercherwirt, via a few train rides and one of the most ridiculously scenic bus rides I have ever been on. The bus route winds down this long valley, next to a river, with huge mountains towering on both sides and forests everywhere. This place is so incredibly beautiful...
After settling in and getting a ton of information from our extremely helpful host, Martina, we had the best meal since arriving in Austria. Followed by a short walk to the river.
