I felt very stiff today, but it went away quickly once I started running. I was a little hesitant on the first control, after that everything felt perfect. The map made sense and I was hitting my controls spot on. I left no 9 at the wrong angle but the vegetation caught me immediately and I was back on track with very little time lost. I'm very happy with my race on the final day.
Then, on the way home, we stopped at Betty's Bay, to enjoy the perfect weather...

Hello, I like this blog.
Sorry not write more, but my English is not good.
A hug from Portugal
We are glad you seem to have enjoyed the terrain and map we made at Lebanon! We would like to thank you for posting all the maps with route choices from events in the Cape. It's a treasure to find when you have spent a lot of time making the maps and hoping that they will come to use.
Greetings from Sweden!
Hi Sofia / Per Forsgren,
I recognised your names immediately from the maps, and it is I who should be thanking you, for all your time, and the wonderful maps (works of art really) that you have given us down here in Cape Town. I am by no means an expert on these things, but I found the maps from Lebanon forest to be perfect! Everything in the terrain was exactly as I saw it on the maps. I am truly grateful for your work, without your maps, my life would be very boring!
All the best. Alvin
