stranded penguin

We found a stranded juvenile penguin on Olifantsbos beach at Cape Point. It was sitting on the beach, looking weak, and struggling to walk. So we called the nature conservation people, who took it away for a check up. Apparently it happens sometimes, and after they've been checked and fed, they release them again close to the nearest colony, in this case, probably boulders beach.
