dinner at the ritz

We had dinner with Fred and Anne (from Johannesburg), at the revolving roof top restaurant at the Ritz hotel in Sea Point. It was really nice seeing Fred again, we had a long chat about lots of things.

As for the venue, the views are fantastic. We ordered the fillet with red wine and mushroom sauce, and the steak stuffed with rosemary, cheese and tomato and with a mushroom sauce. Both of these were absolutely delicious. Sadly the service was, once again, very very slow... but this seems to be the norm here in the Cape restaurants.
