We decided to go have a look at Smitswinkel today. I think there are about 29 cottages there, just outside the Cape Point nature reserve, with a small beach, no electricity, or roads down to the cottages, just a little foot path. A little piece of heaven really, and only 15 minutes from our home. Reminded me a lot of the Transkei wild coast.
