orienteering at lebanon

I helped out at the Park World Tour (PWT) event held at Lebanon forest today, and also got a chance to run the 7km course in the afternoon, after all the Scandinavians finished.

The course was very interesting, and I made my fair share of mistakes, starting with the first control. Controls 10 and 11 were very tricky for me, because there were no real features leaving from 9 and 10, I had to rely on the compass for a bit until the features were visible, which I'm not particularly good at, but I took it slowly so it went ok.

My fitness is absolutely terrible at the moment. I seriously need to loose weight.
