orienteering at highlands

Things didn't go well for me in today's race. My legs felt tired from the beginning, and I didn't feel confident running in a straight line. In fact I think I was quite a bit off on my direction on most of the controls. I also made a huge mistake on no 10, aiming for the forest in the distance, thinking it was dark green. And from there onwards my mind (and legs) just weren't in the game any more.

The terrain was also a little on the rough side, but all and all the course was very good, and orienteering, no matter how rough, is better than any other outdoor activities...
