I'm suffering from a serious lack of energy at the moment. It might have something to do with the incredible heat here in Cape Town this last week. I spent most off yesterday sleeping and reading, after my morning run. In the evening we had dinner with Regardt and Natasha in Uitzicht.
Today I spent another 2 hours sleeping, and a few hours reading maps, while Ansie was at the Houtbay craft market.
